Etsy: Where Memories Reside Campaign
Myself and three other classmates developed a campaign aimed at revitalizing Etsy's brand image post-COVID, following their initial success during the pandemic. Despite their previous prosperity, the company faced a decline in engagement and sales. To counter this trend, we created a multifaceted campaign designed to reinvigorate interest in the platform and reignite consumer engagement. Through targeted messaging, innovative promotional strategies, and leveraging consumer insights, we could successfully attract users back to the site while confidently increasing traffic and sales.
